Data Handling Procedures
Our data handling procedures set out our commitment to protecting personal data and how we implement that commitment with regards to the processing of personal data in order to meet our operational needs or fulfil legal requirements.
All data received must be uploaded via client log in and MUST be password protected.
Data is transferred to secure, password protected, dedicated USB stick
Open data using supplied password
Immediately delete any data not relevant to the activity
Data is then saved using organisation name, job number and date
The data is manually checked to ensure compatibility (i.e. no company names in contact name columns, private addresses have house names/numbers to ensure delivery)
For mailing activities, data is held until item is mailed, then deleted
We do not pass on any personal information to any third parties however we reserve the right to use sub-contractors should our business needs dictate and will always use GDPR compliant sub-contractors with whom we have contracts in place to protect data from being misused and or sold on
Staff are fully trained in these procedures
